Being a secondary member with WeSERV means you can enjoy the advantages of local association membership while keeping your primary REALTOR® association affiliation for national dues. This arrangement is especially beneficial if your primary association is located in a different state, as it allows you to also gain benefits from the secondary state association, in this case, Arizona.
When you decide to become a secondary member of WeSERV, the process begins with a request for a Letter of Good Standing from your primary association. If you already possess this document, please include it with your application or send it via email to [email protected]. This letter serves as confirmation that you have fulfilled your national, state, and local association dues obligations for the current year through your primary association.
Dues for In-State Secondary Membership
Given that your national and state REALTOR® association dues are managed through your primary association, becoming a secondary member within Arizona means you are only responsible for WeSERV dues and a one-time application fee. This provides a cost-effective way to access local resources and networks.
Dues for Out-of-State Secondary Membership
For REALTORS® whose primary membership is outside of Arizona, the dues structure for WeSERV secondary membership includes Arizona REALTORS® dues in addition to WeSERV dues and the application fee. Since your national dues are covered by your primary association, this structure ensures you are compliant with both state and local requirements in Arizona.
It’s important to note that the specific dues amounts for Secondary Members can fluctuate depending on the time of year you join and the proration policies in place for both Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR) and WeSERV. To get the most accurate and up-to-date information on dues, please reach out to our dedicated Member Service Team. REALTOR® association memberships operate on an annual cycle, from January 1st to December 31st. Dues are payable annually on January 1st and are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
For members who require access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), WeSERV can facilitate your signup with ARMLS®. ARMLS® dues are billed annually and payable online. You can explore the various options and associated fees by visiting armls.com/billing-pay-fees. Upon completing your WeSERV and ARMLS® membership enrollment, you have the convenience of visiting the ARMLS® Support Center, conveniently located next door to our Southeast or West Valley WeSERV offices, to obtain your lockbox key. Lockbox key services are also available at our Cochise, Pinal, and Santa Cruz offices. For those joining us in Douglas, AZ, lockbox key access is available at our Cochise location.
