Requesting a Pop Up Visit:
If you are interested in having Pop Up Tulare County attend an event in your community or establish a recurring visit, please complete and submit the Pop Up Request Form to [email protected].
The Library regularly reviews incoming requests, evaluating each based on alignment with the Library’s mission, scheduling feasibility, and the suitability of the proposed location for service delivery.
Please ensure that requests are submitted at least 30 days prior to the desired first stop or one-time event date. Most requests for stops are processed within approximately two weeks. For stops and events requesting the bookmobile, it is essential to provide sufficient parking space for vehicle maneuverability. In situations where bookmobile deployment isn’t feasible, the Library can still offer staff-only outreach services. In either scenario, Pop Up requires an indoor or outdoor area for staff to set up and deliver services effectively.
It is important to note that the Library retains the right to modify or cancel scheduled stops at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including mechanical issues, staffing constraints, or program-related matters.
