- Table Maintenance: Promptly clearing tables after guests, resetting them efficiently and discreetly to maintain a polished and inviting setting.
- Anticipating Guest Needs: Greeting guests with professionalism, serving beverages and food while providing menu information, and proactively anticipating guest needs to ensure a superior experience.
Creating the Perfect Poolside Ambiance:
Your role extends to maintaining the overall presentation and functionality of the poolside area:
- Table Setup and Breakdown: Setting up and breaking down tables, buffets, and food stations, ensuring everything is clean and organized.
- Maintaining Supplies: Stocking linens, china, silverware, and glassware, ensuring all items are polished and in excellent condition for service.
- Preparation Assistance: Assisting in preparing simple items such as toast, soups, or beverages as needed.
- Condiment and Garnish Prep: Preparing necessary condiments and garnishes to complement food and beverage service.
Supporting the Bar Team:
