PRODUCT RETURNS
All Restaurant Serving Trays can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please use the chat bubble located at the bottom of our page to start a conversation. Select “Request a Return or Report Damaged/Missing Product.” You will be prompted to provide details such as your order number, a description of the restaurant serving trays, and the reason for the return to begin the process. You might be asked to supply images of all restaurant serving trays intended for return.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Your return request will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once processed, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
ORDERS SHIPPED TO PICKUP FACILITIES

In such cases, the courier might leave a notification and redirect your order to a local pickup facility. Typically, couriers will hold orders for 5-7 business days. DELIVERY TIMES
