As a Cocktail Server at HMF, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, offering detailed menu recommendations, and efficiently taking and inputting orders with meticulous attention to detail. You will be expected to anticipate guest needs, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of orders, and proactively addressing any concerns to guarantee complete guest satisfaction. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all food and beverage safety regulations, and completing opening and closing duties are also essential aspects of this role.
To excel in this position, candidates should ideally possess 1-2 years of prior experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer-facing role within the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are paramount, along with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume setting. A foundational knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and cocktail preparation, is expected. Physical stamina is required, as you will be standing and walking for extended periods and may need to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must to meet the demands of our operating hours.
