Servaes Brewing Co. officially began its journey in March 2018 with the filing of their LLC. In August 2018, they secured their location in downtown Shawnee, a 2,700-square-foot space that would house both the brewery and an intimate taproom. To bring their vision to life, Servaes Brewing Company launched a crowdfunding campaign in November 2018. The response from the community was overwhelming, with 186 backers contributing $25,494, exceeding their $20,000 goal and demonstrating the strong local support for their venture.
Opening its doors to the public in April 2019, Servaes Brewing Co. quickly established itself as a unique destination.
