What Happens if You Don’t Pass?
- Failed Exams & Retesting: Should you not pass the exam on your first attempt, our retesting policy allows you to schedule another exam. However, you will need to purchase a new exam access code for each retake.
- Retesting Guidelines: You may take the exam up to two times within a 30-day period. If further attempts are necessary, a 60-day waiting period from your last attempt is required. The maximum number of attempts permitted within a 12-month period is four.
- Rescheduling & No-Show Fees: Be mindful of your scheduled ProctorU exam session. Failing to attend your session or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee before you can reschedule your exam.
