The Self Service system is designed for high availability and is generally accessible at all times. However, please note that planned system maintenance occurs daily between 6:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. and from 2:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). During these brief windows, the system may be temporarily unavailable.

In the event of an unexpected error message, it indicates that the application may be temporarily down due to unforeseen circumstances. For real-time updates and details regarding any unplanned downtime, please log in to the main RF website and check the Business Applications section on your homepage for announcements.
