With new eMule servers constantly emerging and older ones becoming obsolete, finding a reliable and updated eMule server list is crucial for maximizing your download speeds and ensuring a secure P2P experience. This guide provides a carefully curated list of active eMule servers for optimal performance in 2024 and beyond. By using these servers and ensuring you have a high ID, you can download and share files effectively using eMule’s full potential.
Adding these eMule servers is straightforward. Simply click on the provided server IP address, and your eMule program should automatically open and add the server to your list, eliminating manual entry.
Before updating your eMule server list, it’s recommended to download the latest version of eMule. You can find the official version here:
DOWNLOAD | eMule 0.50a
For users seeking community-enhanced features and fixes, the Community version of eMule is also available, built on the latest official or beta releases:
Link | eMule (Community) – Release
DOWNLOAD | eMule 0.70b 64-bit Installer
DOWNLOAD | eMule 0.70b 64-bit Portable
DOWNLOAD | eMule 0.70b 32-bit Installer
DOWNLOAD | eMule 0.70b 32-bit Portable
Once you have the latest eMule version, it’s essential to clear out any outdated servers that might be present. Follow these steps to remove old eMule servers:
- Go to the Server Tab in your eMule client.
- Click on Delete all servers.
After deleting the old servers, prevent eMule from automatically updating the server list, as these automatic updates can sometimes include unreliable or fake servers that may monitor your downloads. To disable automatic server updates, follow these steps:
Navigate to “Options” in the top right corner of eMule. In the options window, select “Server” and uncheck the following three options:
- “Autoupdate serverlist at startup”
- “Update server list when connecting to a server”
- “Update server list when contacting a client”
Restart eMule for these changes to take effect.
Now you are ready to update your eMule server list with reliable options.
To add servers from the list below, simply click on the server IPs. If automatic addition doesn’t work, manually enter the IP, port, and name in the “New server” section in your eMule client.

Searching for Files on eMule Servers
Due to changes in the eMule network, the traditional server-based search is no longer as effective. Now, searching for files on eMule servers is primarily done through the KAD network.
To search for files using safe eMule servers via the KAD network, you first need to connect to the KAD network. Click on the second icon (the mule under a celestial sphere) labeled “KAD,” and then click “Connect” on the right.
Once connected to the KAD network, set your search method to “Kad Network” in the search window. The search may take a few seconds but will provide the desired results. It’s a straightforward process to find files on eMule servers using KAD.
(For a comprehensive guide on configuring and optimizing the eMule KAD network, please refer to: How to Use eMule KAD Network Without eMule Servers).
Server-Met Files
You can also add lists of eMule servers using server-met files. To do this, copy and paste the links below into eMule. In the “Server” menu, enter the link in the empty field under “Update server.met from URL.” The eMule servers will be loaded automatically.
“Strikethrough links were previously functional but may no longer be active.”

If you encounter connection issues with these safe eMule servers, ensure that your eMule ports are configured correctly. If eMule detects a “Low ID” connection, you might face difficulties connecting to some safe eMule servers, or experience longer wait times. A High ID ensures smoother and faster connections. For guidance, refer to the guide on configuring eMule for a high ID and optimizing eMule.
While the number of functional safe eMule servers is decreasing, you can still effectively use eMule without relying on servers by utilizing the KAD network. To learn how, follow this guide: How to Use eMule KAD Network Without eMule Servers.
